Returns and refunds
We have a 30 day return policy, according to which the customer has the right to return the product ordered no later than 30 days after receiving the product.
To access the return procedure, the customer must inform Glass Decor and of the decision to return the ordered product, via an explicit request to be sent to email@example.com within the maximum period of 30 days.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in perfectly clean conditions, without traces of any washing, in its original packaging with any accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
In the event of a defective product, the customer must report the defect no later than 5 days from receipt of the latter, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the sending of the replacement product or the reimbursement of the amount paid.
Under no circumstances will products showing signs of wear or washing be accepted. In this case, Glass Decor reserves the right not to refund the customer.
Personalized products are not subject to returns or exchanges, therefore any product purchased that is personalized will not be refunded or exchanged.
If the product shows defects or damaged parts, we will, after careful evaluation, decide whether to replace or refund the product.
In case of returning the product according to the methods indicated above, Glass Decor will refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 days of receiving the products and/or send the agreed replacement product within 14 days of the customer's request.
