Shipping Times

The order completion times are calculated from the moment the payment is received until the goods are sent and depend on the type of product ordered.

Our products are produced to order within 10 working days .

Customized products are produced by 14 working days .

Working days are Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 18.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday .

Delivery times are affected by the destination areas of the products.

Glass Decor will arrange for the products selected and ordered to be delivered to the address specified at the time of the purchase order and only on national territory, using the methods indicated below:

-The products ordered will be delivered in suitable packaging to guarantee their integrity during transport.

-Shipping is carried out via courier, with delivery to the address indicated during the order.

-If the purchased product is damaged during transport, we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible. If there is any damage to the product packaging while receiving the product, please refuse to accept it and contact Glass Decor immediately. Otherwise, any claim for damage due to transport cannot be accepted.

To carry out the delivery of the products, the buyer must provide all the necessary information, including the shipping address and telephone number of the person to whom the product must be delivered, if it is different from the person placing the order.

Delivery will only take place in the hands of the recipient indicated on the consignment note. The carrier reserves the right to request an identification document from the eligible recipient of the shipment.
