-These general conditions concern the online sale to Customers, via the website www.glassdecor.it, of products bearing the Glass Decor brand.
-Glass Decor reserves the right to provide limitations on the maximum number or value of products that can be purchased.
- Glass Decor reserves the right to apply to individual orders, in addition to these general conditions, contractual provisions and specific conditions of sale (also called "specific conditions"), which will be expressly reported in the order summary and with the confirmation of the same will be considered approved by the Customer. In case of conflict, the provisions of the specific conditions will prevail over the general conditions.
Conclusion of the contract and application of the general conditions
-The sales contracts for the products on the website www.glassdecor.it are considered concluded when Glass Deco r receives the purchase order placed by the customer, according to the procedure indicated below, and the latter accepts it.
-The customer must approve these general conditions during the purchase procedure, for the successful completion of the same and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relationships with Glass Decor .
- Glass Decor invites the customer to keep these general conditions once the online purchase procedure has been completed, having already been viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.
Purchase procedure
-The customer purchases the product offered for sale by Glass Decor , whose characteristics are indicated and illustrated in the relevant descriptive sheets, at the indicated price, to which any delivery costs specified on the site are added.
-The purchase must be made according to the instructions and procedures made available by Glass Deco r on its website.
-Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the overall cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and any related delivery costs are summarized.
-Once the purchase order has been forwarded, the customer will receive from Glass Deco r an e-mail message certifying receipt of the order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, a detailed indication of the price and any delivery costs.
Payment and product delivery methods
-The payment methods for products purchased via the website are as follows:
1) PAYPAL, you will be redirected to the Paypal server;
2) CREDIT/PREPAID CARDS, to pay by credit card it is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You can use any credit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay, etc.);
3) CASH ON DELIVERY, to be paid in cash upon delivery of the package to the courier.
-Under no circumstances will the products be delivered in advance in the absence of payment.
-The purchased product will be delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering. The relevant invoice will be sent to the customer.
-At the time of delivery, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Glass Decor by sending an email to info@divihome.com. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Glass Decor will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order, the package will be returned to Glass Decor at the Customer's expense. In this case, Glass Decor will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

Product warranty
-The guarantee on the products reserved for the Customer are those referred to in the Consumer Code and in any case by law.
Property rights

This includes, but is not limited to, the trademark, illustrations, images, design, software, codes and format scripts, which are protected by applicable trademark laws and relevant international treaties.
-Partial or complete reproduction, use of the elements that make up the website www.glassdecor.it, their use or possible transfer to third parties are prohibited. It is forbidden to copy, disclose and modify contents protected by copyright or other intellectual and industrial property rights.
